Програма
Predictable aligner therapy starts long before the first aligner is delivered. Accurate diagnosis, realistic treatment goals, sound biomechanical planning, and precise digital setup are essential for achieving predictable and clinically controlled outcomes.
This seminar with Daniel Ramos presents a structured approach to aligner treatment planning, combining clinical diagnosis, biomechanics, digital workflows, and practical In-Office aligner production. The program addresses the management of common malocclusions, movement sequencing, attachments, IPR, anchorage, auxiliaries, and the key factors that influence tracking and treatment predictability.
Particular attention is given to translating clinical objectives into a controlled digital setup, identifying unrealistic or poorly predictable tooth movements, and preparing cases for efficient In-Office aligner production.
During the seminar, you will learn about:
— Facial, smile, functional, and airway assessment as a foundation for aligner treatment planning
— Aligner biomechanics, staging, attachments, IPR, expansion, distalization, anchorage, and auxiliary mechanics
— Clinical protocols for crowding, spacing, open bite, deep bite, Class II, Class III, and transverse discrepancies
— Digital setup: evaluating planned tooth movements, identifying limitations, and maintaining clinical control throughout the planning process
— In-Office aligner workflow: from digital setup and case preparation to aligner production, delivery, monitoring, and refinements.
The seminar goes beyond standard aligner protocols, introducing alternative clinical approaches and practical techniques that can expand your treatment options and help you manage more complex clinical situations with greater confidence and predictability.
VIP participants will have the exclusive opportunity to attend the practical portion of the course as observers. You will witness the instructor perform each step while receiving detailed, step-by-step explanations of all clinical decisions. This unique format lets you experience real techniques in action and fully grasp the clinician’s decision-making process. |
