Програма

This seminar with Dr. Daniele Cardaropoli provides a biologically driven and clinically applicable protocol for immediate extraction socket management.

The course follows a structured clinical workflow: Socket evaluation, preserve or augment, hard- and soft-tissue management, optimization for future implant placement.

During the seminar, you will learn about:

– Biology of post-extraction socket healing and alveolar ridge remodeling
– Evaluation and classification of extraction sockets based on the integrity of the alveolar walls, soft-tissue conditions, and anatomical characteristics
– Treatment strategies according to socket anatomy, including spontaneous healing, Alveolar Ridge Preservation (ARP), and Alveolar Ridge Augmentation (ARA)
– Biological rationale, indications, and limitations of Alveolar Ridge Preservation
– Management of compromised extraction sockets with partial or complete loss of the buccal bone wall
– Selection and application of appropriate biomaterials and surgical approaches
– Hard- and soft-tissue management, including open-healing protocols, preservation or increase of keratinized tissue, and strategies for optimizing ridge anatomy for future implant placement.

The course is designed for implantologists, periodontists, and general dentists involved in surgical extraction, alveolar ridge preservation, augmentation, and implant site development.

IMPORTANT: the "Seminar. Standard", "Seminar+Demonstration. VIP" and "Hands-on Workshop" participation options are also available for purchase.

Advantages of the "Seminar. Comfort" participation option:
– Participation in the scientific program
– Coffee break
– Notes and handouts
– Certificate of participation
– ADA credits available upon request
Lunch
– Priority seats in the venue.
