Saving patient's time and money.. if we try to extract the tooth we would be replacing all the crowns in his tooth.. if we try to make a new crown it would look different to his other crown no matter how accurate we get the color.. so this is the most efficient way our clinic can provide the patient
Disclaimer: 5 to 10 years was a little bit too optimistic.. it might be lesser than that due to the compromised situation... but it was only to prolong the teeth until a longer and more permanent solution is available..
