Precision Meets Innovation in Digital Occlusion!

This intensive hands-on workshop redefines the way clinicians approach complex functional rehabilitation, combining in-depth theoretical knowledge with advanced digital protocols and evidence-based clinical strategies.

Riaz Yar is a Professor of Prosthodontics with extensive clinical experience and in-depth expertise in digital dentistry. He will guide participants through the key stages of functional rehabilitation, building a solid theoretical foundation and demonstrating how to translate this knowledge into confident clinical practice.

Key Topics Covered:

— Digital occlusal analysis: principles and interpretation

— Occlusion in restorative treatment and full-mouth rehabilitation

— TMJ assessment, risk evaluation, and clinical decision-makingю

During the Hands-On Training, You Will Learn To:

— Perform structured occlusal assessments using established protocols

— Analyze and interpret dynamic occlusal patterns using real patient data

— Use Modjaw for 4D tracking of mandibular movements

— Apply Teethan for EMG analysis of masticatory muscle activity

— Use T-Scan for digital analysis of occlusal force distribution and timing

— Integrate functional and digital data into clinical treatment planning.

Why Attend This Course?

— Develop a structured, clinically applicable approach to occlusal diagnosis using both conventional and digital methods.

— Learn to capture, interpret, and apply digital occlusal data to support clinical decision-making and achieve more precise, predictable treatment outcomes.

Program

Course Aim:

To equip clinicians with the knowledge and practical skills to integrate digital occlusal analysis into functional rehabilitation, enabling more accurate diagnosis, informed clinical decision-making, and predictable treatment planning in complex restorative cases.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

— Explain the principles of static and dynamic occlusion and their relevance to functional rehabilitation

— Perform structured occlusal assessments using established clinical protocols

— Interpret digital occlusal data and understand its role in evaluating occlusal function

— Use Modjaw to assess and visualize mandibular movements through 4D motion tracking

— Interpret electromyographic data obtained with Teethan to assess masticatory muscle activity

— Use T-Scan to analyze occlusal force distribution, contact timing, and relative force patterns

— Integrate digital findings with clinical examination and TMJ assessment to support risk evaluation and clinical decision-making

— Apply digital diagnostic data to develop individualized treatment plans for restorative treatment and full-mouth rehabilitation.

Learning content:
