How to use: Miradent Mira-2-Ton liquid should be applied to the teeth using a cotton bud or other applicator. Plaque-bearing areas will be tinted blue. You should carefully examine the stained areas, remember the image, and then brush your teeth again to remove the blue discolouration. You should brush your teeth, paying special attention to areas where plaque is present. After a few days, the test can be performed again to check whether the increased attention while brushing has resulted in the removal of the remaining plaque.
