A continuación le presentamos un caso clínico de una paciente femenina con una gran sonrisa gingival, un plano oclusal empinado de gran severidad, dicha paciente acude a la consulta llevando un tratamiento de ortodoncia previo, donde se observan varios errores en la secuencia de tratamiento y las decisiones tomadas a lo largo del tiempo, dichos errores se fueron agrupando y agravando el caso, en esta clase mostraremos paso a paso las decisiones tomadas para resolver cada inconveniente y darle una resolución total al problema.
