Програма

Course Goal

Managing peri-implant soft tissues is essential for the functional and aesthetic success of implant-supported restorations. Many clinicians struggle with surgical procedures in the aesthetic zone due to limited experience with soft tissue management, and are uncertain about optimal workflows, timing, and techniques in the lower jaw.

This course will provide you with practical tools and techniques to enhance peri-implant pink aesthetics by improving the quality and quantity of soft tissue, ensuring long-term stability and superior aesthetic outcomes. You’ll gain in-depth knowledge of soft tissue importance, augmentation strategies, and complication management.

You'll learn why, when, and how to apply soft tissue management techniques to achieve:

– Increased soft tissue thickness
– Optimized supracrestal tissue height
– Adequate keratinized tissue width.

From free to pedicle soft tissue grafts—depending on your focus and engagement—you’ll have the chance to master them all in two intensive days.

Who Should Attend?

This course is designed for all clinicians placing implants who are eager to elevate their surgical skills and improve patient outcomes. Focus on prevention rather than managing peri-implantitis later!

I began my professional journey by graduating in human medicine in Zagreb, but life had other plans. Love brought me to Germany, where new challenges awaited. Amid the competitive landscape following the Berlin Wall’s fall, I pursued dentistry at LMU Munich while raising a young child. A pivotal moment came during my oral surgery residency under Dr. Dr. Achim Herrmann, who introduced me to the transformative power of education in dentistry. The true turning point came during Bob Lamb’s soft tissue course 25 years ago, when he asked: “Do you want me to make you a great periodontist?” That moment reshaped my life. I began approaching each case as a periodontist, preserving tissue whenever possible and using my oral surgery toolbox to rebuild tissue when needed. Over 25 years, I’ve performed countless surgeries in the aesthetic zone, published original techniques in peer-reviewed journals, and mentored dentists who have become accomplished clinicians and educators. Today, alongside my husband (yes, the boyfriend who brought me to Germany) and our son Marko, who recently joined my educational company, I focus on what I love most: diagnosis, planning, surgeries, and mentoring.
