Brass muffle BADER®️ DENTAL

A muffle is a container, often sectioned, intended to contain the model in which a polymer dental prosthesis will be formed and/or processed. It is placed inside an oven or water bath to re-concentrate and homogeneously distribute the heat in order to thermally process certain dental materials such as waxes or resins, protecting them from the direct action of the heat source and the oxidation of the air. This technique is used to obtain the bases of complete or partial prostheses or orthodontic appliance bases.
